You know that feeling of not being "good enough" that distracts you and makes you feel small? I know I do. I think we all do from time to time. And sometimes we need a little help to shake that feeling. Your story matters. Your pain and your collection of experiences are unique to you. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. I believe that counseling is a partnership to help you meet your needs and goals.
I am a graduate student at Grand Canyon University, in the final year of my Masters program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with people at all stages of life, and I am avid about my belief that everyone deserves quality mental health care. I have a passion for walking with clients through grief and loss. I believe that YOU are the expert in your life, and I am here to help you get to where you want to be. My goal is to help you get there in a way that honors you and the path that you are on.
This e-portfolio serves as evidence regarding learned objectives from the CMHC program. It is also a place to store documentation of presentations, certifications, or other experiences related to mental health and counselor identity development.
